Abstract

Il potere è atto vivente, è l’accadere dentro e oltre la realtà statica dell’ordinamento giuridico, soprattutto è manifestazione esteriore della razionalità discorsiva o idealistica che la precede. Altrimenti, non è potere, è impotenza. Il concetto di potere per anni è scomparso dall’indagine giuridico-filosofica come elemento autonomo poiché sempre declinato secondo le forme del suo riferimento esteriore: Stato, ordinamento, società, relazioni sistemiche, leggi e Costituzioni. Questo breve lavoro, fondendo conoscenze storico-mitologiche, principi ed elementi della scienza giuridica, teorie e risultati delle scienze naturali, intende offrire un contributo minimo alla spiegazione ed interpretazione della dinamica delle relazioni tra i moderni imperi (Usa, Cina, Russia) a partire dall’indefettibile attualità della sostanza del potere che si fa concreta realizzazione di ogni utopia creatrice che ne costituisce il presupposto derivativo.

Otherwise, it is not power, it is powerlessness. The concept of power for years has disappeared from legal-philosophical

inquiry as an autonomous element since it is always declined according to the forms of its external reference: state, order, society, systemic relations, laws and constitutions. This brief work, by merging historical-mythological knowledge, principles and elements of legal science, theories and results of natural sciences, intends to offer a minimal contribution to the explanation and interpretation of the dynamics of relations between modern empires (the U.S., China, Russia) starting from the unfailing actuality of the

substance of power that becomes the concrete realization.
